Cotton harvesting transmission

EP-C2062H Cotton Module Chain Solutions

Heavy-duty cotton module conveying requires more than a matching pitch. Chain geometry, attachment spacing, sprocket condition, crossbar alignment and seasonal maintenance must work as one system.

Application engineering

Built around the complete cotton handling system

Wide module beds often run in parallel strands. A chain that is dimensionally correct can still suffer from uneven loading when the take-up positions, sprocket phase, shaft alignment or crossbar geometry differ across the machine.

Use the application and maintenance guides to document the machine before replacement. Record multiple-pitch length, roller width and diameter, plate thickness, attachment form and interval, sprocket tooth count, bore, strand count, drive arrangement and known failure history.
